This app is designed with a privacy-first approach.

1) Data controller
- The data controller is the publisher listed on App Store / Google Play.

2) Data we process
- On-device preferences: selected city, language, calculation method, notification toggles, dhikr/tracker/bookmark-like app state.
- Optional precise location (permission-gated): used for nearest-city suggestion and qibla direction support.
- Notification settings and scheduled reminder metadata.
- AI Hoca text data when cloud AI is enabled, including your prompt, limited recent chat history, and a context summary.
- AI Hoca voice data when you choose voice interactions, including uploaded audio for speech-to-text, generated speech requests, or realtime voice session traffic.
- Advertising/technical identifiers and usage signals may be processed by Google AdMob if ads are enabled for this release.
- Network metadata (for example IP, request timestamps, user-agent) may be processed by content providers when the app fetches online content.

3) Why we process data
- To provide prayer times, Ramadan features, qibla, Quran and related content.
- To provide AI Hoca text guidance, optional voice features, and optional personalized guidance.
- To keep app settings, reminders, and locally stored conversation history working.
- To support the free version with ads (when enabled).
- To maintain service reliability and basic fraud/abuse prevention by third-party providers.

4) Third-party services used by the app

- Gemini / Google AI services (configured AI Hoca text path)
- OpenAI services (configured speech-to-text and realtime voice path)
- ElevenLabs (configured text-to-speech path)
- api.alquran.cloud (Quran text/translations)
- cdn.islamic.network / EveryAyah (Quran audio delivery)
- hadeethenc.com (hadith content)
- raw.githubusercontent.com (dua source dataset)
- YouTube public feeds/pages (public useful-content listings)

5) Tracking, consent, and controls
- Where required by law, Google UMP consent flow is shown before ad requests.
- iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) is requested when needed for ad personalization.
- If ATT or consent is denied, the app remains usable.
- AI Hoca cloud processing and personalized guidance choices can be managed from in-app Settings.
- Microphone permission is optional and only used when you start AI Hoca voice mode.

6) Data sharing and selling
- We do not sell personal data as a first-party data broker.
- Data may be shared with the third-party services above only for app functionality, AI processing, ad delivery/measurement, analytics where enabled, and content delivery.

7) Retention and deletion
- Most user state remains on-device until you clear app data or uninstall the app.
- AI Hoca conversation history saved by the app is stored locally on-device until app data is cleared or the app is removed.
- Third-party retention periods are governed by each provider's own policy.
- Since the app has no first-party account backend, deleting app data/uninstalling is the primary deletion method for local app data.

8) Your controls and rights
- You can revoke Location/Notification/Tracking/Microphone permissions at any time in system settings.
- You can request privacy support via Smnkurt@outlook.com.
- Depending on applicable law (including KVKK/GDPR where relevant), you may request access, correction, deletion, or objection.

9) Children's privacy
- The app is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children in a first-party account system.
- If you believe a child submitted personal data to a third-party service through the app, contact us and the relevant provider.

10) International transfer
- Third-party providers may process data in multiple countries according to their own legal terms and safeguards. This can include AI processing providers used by AI Hoca.

11) Policy changes
- We may update this policy.
- The latest version is published in-app and/or on the legal URLs listed in store metadata.
