By using this app, you agree to these terms.

1) Service scope
- The app provides prayer-time support, Ramadan tools, qibla features, Quran/audio access, dhikr/tracker tools, AI Hoca guidance, and related informational content.
- Features can vary by device, OS version, permissions, region, and network conditions.

2) Informational and religious use
- Prayer times and related guidance are provided as informational support.
- AI Hoca responses are AI-generated informational guidance and may be incomplete, simplified, or mistaken.
- Calculation methods and local practices may differ.
- For critical religious obligations, verify with trusted local authorities.
- AI Hoca is not a substitute for qualified scholarly, legal, medical, mental-health, or emergency advice.

3) Permissions and device behavior
- Location permission is optional and used for nearest-city suggestion and qibla support.
- Notification permission is optional and used for reminders.
- Microphone permission is optional and used only when you start AI Hoca voice interactions.
- If permissions are denied, some features may be limited.
- Background execution and notification delivery depend on iOS/system policies.

4) Third-party services
- The app can use third-party services for content, ads, consent management, and AI processing.
- Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
- The app owner is not responsible for availability/content changes in third-party services.

5) Ads, AI settings, and consent
- The free version may display ads when ads are enabled for the release.
- Where required by law, consent and tracking authorization flows are shown before personalized ad behavior.
- AI Hoca cloud processing and personalized guidance controls are available from in-app Settings.

6) AI Hoca use
- When cloud AI processing is enabled, AI Hoca may send your prompt, limited recent chat history, and a context summary to backend AI services.
- When voice mode is used, audio may be processed by speech-to-text, text-to-speech, or realtime voice providers.
- You should not rely on AI Hoca for high-risk decisions or any situation requiring guaranteed accuracy.

7) Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, reverse engineer, interfere with service integrity, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not use the app in a way that violates applicable law.
- Do not use AI Hoca to generate unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.

8) Intellectual property
- App code, design, branding, and original compilations belong to the publisher/developer.
- Rights to third-party content remain with their respective owners.

9) Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- The app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- No guarantee is made for uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose.
- This includes AI-generated responses, transcriptions, and synthesized audio output.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10) Termination and changes
- We may modify or discontinue parts of the service.
- We may update these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.

11) Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
